Sign in as a buyer, open the burger menu, choose For Artisans, then submit the short application with your craft specialty, experience, and contact details.

Complete your profile, add bank details for payouts, and list your handmade pieces with photos, prices, and stock counts.

Receive and fulfil orders

New orders show up in your dashboard. Mark them as packed, hand off to the courier, and update buyers as the order moves.

Receive escrow payouts

Buyer payments sit safely in escrow. Once delivery is confirmed, funds are released to your wallet and you can withdraw to your bank.

Quick answers for new artisans.

Most applications are reviewed within two business days. You will get an in-app notification as soon as your shop is live.
A commission is taken from each completed sale. The rate is 8%. The exact amount is shown in your wallet before you withdraw, with no hidden charges.
Funds move from escrow to your wallet as soon as the buyer confirms delivery. You can then withdraw to your bank from the Wallet page.
Yes. The full dashboard works on mobile, so you can list new pieces, reply to buyers, and update orders from anywhere.
Open Profile from the dashboard menu, scroll to Payout Details, and save your new bank account. Changes apply to the next payout.
No. Mass-produced products are not accepted on Craft Connect. We exist to celebrate handmade craft. Submitting mass-produced items can lead to your account being banned.
